Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, the D&I Program Manager will be responsible for managing diversity programs including the following:
Cultural Commemorations
Diversity & Inclusion Learning and Development Curriculum
Diversity Website
Diversity Communications Plan
Diversity Recruitment Program/Management Training Program
Diversity Talent Management Program
Job Responsibilities
Secretary for the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council
Assist in implementing the DEI strategy and implementation plan for the company
Work closely with Learning & Development Team to schedule classes for the Diversity & Inclusion Learning and Development Curriculum
Manage the Cultural Commemorations program and manage logistics of the video series
Help to Identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support DEI projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.
Assist with management of the Diversity Recruitment Strategy and Management Training Program
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Qualifications
Age, Gaming And Certification
21 years of age or above.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.
Education And/or Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing diversity programs or a combination of diversity related experience.
Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation
Strong, operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be a team player, manage multiple projects
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries from a variety of sources.
Fluency in English required, second language a plus.
