Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a multifaceted and experienced Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing, to lead our brand’s influencer engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, drive impactful sales results, and foster deep community ties across digital landscapes.
As the architect behind our influencer collaborations, your mission will encompass everything from identifying influential voices that resonate with our luxury audience to orchestrating campaign lifecycles and analyzing their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise influencer marketing plans that are in perfect harmony with Louis Vuitton’s branding objectives and overarching marketing campaigns.
- Scout and cultivate partnerships with influencers who embody our ethos and can authentically engage with our core demographic.
- Conduct negotiations skillfully to finalize partnership terms, deliverables, compensation agreements (whether monetary or in-kind), as well as exclusivity clauses. Innovation
- Steer campaign creation from ideation through to launch, ensuring synergy with other marketing channels for uniform brand storytelling.
- Guarantee adherence to all pertinent content regulations and advertising standards across influencer outputs.

- Remain at the forefront of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms; share knowledge on industry best practices internally.
Profile
We invite applications from individuals who boast a robust background in Marketing or Communications. Ideal candidates will possess a track record demonstrating nuanced negotiation acumen. Expertise in social media management specific to luxury brands as well as illustrious career history within influencer marketing roles.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO/SEM Outstanding communication prowess is essential, coupled with proficiency in Google Analytics and various social media channels. We value creative minds with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of weaving compelling transversal narratives. You should be agile enough to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $125,000-140,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
