Position Summary
The Corporate Sales Seasonal Associate will assist the sponsorship sales department throughout various stages of the sales process including prospecting, proposal development and negotiation. This role will provide experience around corporate partnerships and a meaningful understanding of the larger sports marketing landscape.
Reporting Relationships
The Seasonal Associate will report to the Director of Corporate Partnerships.
Position Responsibilities
Support the sales team by managing lead lists and compiling relevant industry information
Maintain and improve sales & marketing materials in a quick an efficient manner
Collaborate with the sales team on custom partnership proposals for prospective clients
Work closely with the Research & Insights Seasonal Associate to apply 3rd party research to sales presentations
Organize details for client and prospect meetings
Input new partnership deal points, key contacts, and other important details into CRM system
Support the Corporate Partner Activation team with special events or other duties when needed
Assist in the execution of in-game promotions and gameday activities (weekends)

Qualifications
Must be an upcoming Spring or recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays depending on the Eagles home game and event schedule.
