Position Summary
Provide leadership and curricular oversight of the implementation of new programs of study for Teaching and Learning. Serves as liaison between Program Leaders and Registrar. Leads course planning and scheduling in consultation with Program Leaders and Administration. Plans and develops orientation sessions. Oversees and organizes data analysis reports for the Department. Manages onboarding of adjunct and supervising faculty.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree
Required Experience:
5+ years relevant professional level experience or combination of education and experience. Experience with overseeing course scheduling and working with faculty.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization, interpersonal, written communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to interact with a diverse population. Familiarity with course scheduling systems, Google Suite, and spreadsheets including intermediate data analysis.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with data analysis software, including UDW+ and Excel. Familiarity with SIS and CLSS systems.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $80,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
