New York Life is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Field & Product Marketing team. This position will play a critical role in supporting New York Life’s field force in successfully utilizing the Digital Marketing tools available for their use. A key responsibility of the individual will be providing support and guidance to help Agents and Recruiters become effective marketers.

Problem solver with strong communication skills who can dissect a problem or concern, ideate on the best answer, and explain the solution in easy-to-understand terms to the end users.
Ability to work cross functionally and be a strong partner to other internal New York Life teams who are users or advocates of our digital marketing tools.
Creative and user-centric mindset who can work to call out potential problems to improve the quality of the product and experience for field users.
Experience and/or understanding of NYL Agency structure.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Subject Matter Expert on Digital Marketing Tools: Ability to serve as a go-to person for the field with questions on how to use our digital marketing tools
Work with internal stakeholders/partners to ensure their understanding of the digital marketing platform(s) and answer any questions/concerns from their team(s)
Establish relationships with the field to help strategize a Marketing Plan unique to their business/office
Host trainings and webinars to expand the field’s knowledge of Digital Marketing tools
Collect and analyze feedback from the field to share with Digital Marketing Product team to influence requirements, features and products
Develop content, review to ensure it meets brand standards and the business needs, manage compliance approval and measure performance/impact
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Intermediate MS PowerPoint and Word skills required
Experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
Understanding or experience with NYL Agency structure
Understanding marketing needs of sales professionals and/or the life insurance industry
Experience with Digital Media for Personal Branding a plus
Ability to analyze metrics and recommend ways to encourage usage of marketing tools and platforms
Ability to understand and communicate the capabilities and applications for marketing platforms
Salary range: $72,500-$107,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
