Our Team

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to  establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. The ad measurement team is tasked with building best in class insights and measurement solutions for our advertising partners in support of our broader advertising sales efforts.

Summary

Netflix’s Ad Measurement team is seeking a Senior Manager of Campaign measurement to manage, hire and grow the day-to-day work of the campaign measurement research team.  The successful candidate will work cross functionally with sales, product, data science, and our vendor partners to understand client measurement needs, build 1st and 3rd party solutions, and lead projects that demonstrate the effectiveness of Netflix as an advertising platform.   If you are someone who is a self-starter, obsesses over details and thrives in a collaborative environment, Netflix may be the place for you. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors who support Netflix’s execution of research studies – across Brand Effectiveness, Closed Loop Attribution, MMM & MTA.
Partner with Netflix Ad Product team to both build 1st party measurement solutions and build integrations with 3rd party vendors.
Consult with sales and advertiser clients to provide them the context to help optimize Netflix media plans and buys and make appropriate recommendations for research and measurement based on client KPIs.
Manage a medium size team of researchers who will build, manage and execute research studies on behalf of advertisers and in support of all Netflix ad sales and marketing efforts.
Develop comprehensive turnkey research products that will deliver key performance metrics to current and potential clients.
Put together reports and present analyses for internal and external clients to tell the story of Netflix’s effectiveness to the marketplace and clients.
Utilize internal data and 3rd party vendors to develop products to take to market that will help measure clients’ ROI and business outcomes beyond building awareness and intent.
Create Netflix’s marketplace POVs on third party data providers to guide decisions on partnerships and engagements.
Develop case studies from ongoing and completed analyses.
Support junior members of the team in execution and management of custom research studies.
Manage ad effectiveness specific research budget.
Experience & Skills
10-15 years media research experience at Streaming, TV or digital media company with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising research marketplace.
Experience managing 3rd party Brand Lift & Attribution specific vendors through the full partnership cycle – from MSA negotiation to campaign level project measurement.
Experience with, and a strong understanding of methodology, data and systems for matching data sets to demonstrate performance-based response to advertising.
Strong knowledge of attribution/ROI control/exposed methodologies including location based, tune-in and 1st and 3rd party data matching.
Experience managing, hiring and growing a team.
Experience building product roadmaps and long-term strategy and executing on it cross functionally and with directly managed teams.
Expertise in measurement theory and research design.
