In this role, we are looking for a creative problem solver who is passionate about telling brand stories within product experiences. You’ll be expected to develop ideas, new features, in-product messaging, brand storytelling, product naming and more for all platforms, including mobile, desktop, AR/VR, and hardware. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working across multiple mediums with focus on innovative product experiences. You have a strong point of view on concept, story and tone on behalf of brands. You have a high level of craft in all facets of your writing, from in-product to short and long-form. You’re a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways.
Copywriter Responsibilities
Design, write, edit, test and improve content that makes our brand come to life on our platforms. This includes product flows, interface language, product names and other brand activations
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with art directors, designers, engineers, strategists and product designers
Create original, breakthrough work
Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
Work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house setting, concepting and writing copy for global brands
Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns for brand marketing and product development
Experience crafting writing that breathes humanity into technology in a way that is understood by audiences
Demonstrated history of self-initiated projects
Experience and interest in product storytelling and brand strategy
Experience working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience pursuing emerging technologies
Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
