Job Description
Meta seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team of experienced professionals in the Equity Programs team. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Meta’s global equity programs. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator who is exceedingly detail oriented, has excellent knowledge of equity compensation along with managing projects and deadlines.
Equity Programs Analyst Responsibilities
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
Acts as a single point of contact, with integrative responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects, from inception to project completion.
Solve problems, engage in technical and business discussions, and working with stakeholders
Assist with the new hire and annual grant processes.
Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions via our case management system.
Maintain accurate participant data within the equity administration platform.
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain trading blackout periods and pre-clearance process.
Manage systems adjustments related to vesting suspension.
Respond to ad hoc requests from HR, payroll, legal, and accounting.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of stock administration experience.
Experience in equity administrative applications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
CEP level 1 certification.
Stock administration experience with a publicly traded global company.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with equity taxation & compliance.
Experience with EquiView and GAin administration applications.
Project managing experience
