Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Driving go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling marketing campaigns for products best practices that benefit small and medium businesses across Meta’s platforms.
- Develop strategies for engaging managed advertisers to support onboarding, increase product adoption and surface upsell opportunities.
- Manage and optimize channels (such as email, Facebook ads, onsite placements, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer/partnerships etc.) to drive performance.
- Generate break-through analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive significant response improvement and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including quantitative, qualitative, and competitive analysis.
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Utilize forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Drive the analytical insight necessary to understand our customer’s needs and maximize impact.
- Identify completing market problems and industry trends and define unmet and emerging customer needs over years based on market trends and customer behavior.
- Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and product marketing, creative and data science teams.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop a cohesive content and lifecycle strategy for managed clients.

Minimum Qualifications
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation. Experience must include five years of experience in the following:
- 1. Experience in at least two of these areas (Email, Digital Ads, or lifecycle marketing) A/B Testing and lift measurement
- 2. Partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns to businesses or consumers
- 3. Influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams
- 4. Driving go-to-market and business results by strategizing, planning, executing and scaling marketing campaigns for a functional area
- 5. Generating analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive significant response improvement and efficiency.

$252,699/year to $262,807/year + bonus + equity + benefits
