YOUR IMPACT

As a Client and Team Advocate, and overall owner of the product and experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of a bespoke client reporting solution. You will partner with PWM teams, their clients, Operations, and an external vendor partner to deliver a white glove experience.

Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Become the Subject Matter Expert on both internal and vendor solution performance reporting capabilities, including both the technical output and the software
Own the vendor relationship by advocating for our clients and PWM teams, and drive the success of the overall partnership
Partner with PWM teams to manage the client lifecycle throughout their relationship with the vendor, from preliminary marketing, needs evaluation, onboarding, report presentation and troubleshooting
Laser focused on client needs, to ensure an experience which exceeds expectations
Metrics driven, with ability to closely analyze usership and adoption, and develop strategies for growing platform use
Responsible for ongoing marketing efforts
Drive ongoing leadership and stakeholder updates on all facets of this partnership
Build deep relationships with vendor partner to ensure ongoing success of the partnership
Develop and implement a high quality and efficient platform onboarding framework. Provide day to day support for platform onboarding and the build out of bespoke reporting for each client.
Oversee the management of data feed maintenance and emergent problems to ensure the highest quality client service.
Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback – identifying and developing solutions when necessary
Provide support for internal investments teams, including but not limited to training investment teams on how to use the platform and advance reporting functionality.
Develop, document, and continually enhance processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments and as the vendor relationship evolves
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

7+ years of work experience in the Financial Services sector with client facing customer success, with preference for product management or business development ideal
Strong understanding of financial and performance reporting within wealth management, focused on UHNW and Family Office client needs
Proven history of building deep relationships across internal partners and clients
Excellent writing and communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to track and further success and platform growth using a data driven approach
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Strategic thinker who is able to collaborate directly with sophisticated private clients and / or family offices to develop and implement a custom reporting solutions
Demonstrated experience in working with complex data sets, data modeling and ability to  solve complex quantitative problems Strong attention to detail; strong logical thinker
Demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time with a high degree of quality
Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
Self-motivated, and able to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$270000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
