In Platform Solutions (PS), we power clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products. We bring the best qualities of a technology player and combine that with the best attributes of a large bank. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations, and risk management:
Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

Your Impact
The Enterprise Partnerships business is seeking a product manager who is passionate about delivering world class experiences, and who thrives on solving problems with multiple constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
You will be an owner of the Enterprise Partnerships business goals for your product domain, focused on new feature development, existing product enhancements as well as identifying and driving relevant growth initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development cycle from requirements analysis, design, testing, maintenance and User Acceptance Testing of these financial applications. You will uncover and share insights and opportunities on prospect demand and conversion.
Success in this role will require you to be technical, meticulous and analytically-minded.
You will articulate product vision and strategy, and engage key external and internal stakeholders across Product, Risk Management, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other teams to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience.

Own and drive product roadmap for given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators
Communicate effectively to build consensus and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Capture and maintain a prioritized backlog (define user stories and acceptance criteria, and groom stories with engineers)
Define and track measurable metrics to inform the success of features
Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback, and funnel metrics to inform product strategy and pipeline development
Qualifications
3+ years of experience building digital products in a fast-paced, agile product development environment (consumer banking/credit card experience desired)
Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
Experienced in translating application program interface (API) spec documents into technical feature requirements
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
Possesses ability to break down complex issues into simple business terms to a wide array of internal stakeholders
Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Desires working in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, AEM (or similar tools)
Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consumer products/services, with emphasis on credit cards
Experience owning a product roadmap
Experience with customer-facing communications
Experience with card transactions and payment rails
Experience with APIs and related documentation
Experience with customer account services
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85,000-$160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
