The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $199,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Who we are looking for
The Employee Relations (ER) Manager conducts impartial workplace investigations into certain policies and provides recommendations (in partnership with Human Resources) to business leaders based on investigation outcomes to maintain compliance with Company policies, practices and values. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented and demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, including instilling trust and self-awareness. Additionally, the candidate must be a subject matter expert in workplace investigations and have strong influencing skills with employees at all levels of the organization. The individual(s) selected for the Employee Relations Manager position must communicate effectively, be collaborative, remain calm under pressure, have demonstrable experience in Employee Relations and Investigations.
What you will work on
As a member of the Employee Relations Team, you will conduct complicated, high risk workplace investigations, provide recommendations based on investigation outcomes (in partnership with Human Resources), conduct training on Employee Relations policies/processes and work on projects specific to the growth of the Employee Relations team. Other duties as assigned.
Who you will work with
Members of the Employee Relations team on a day-to-day basis, and employees at all levels of the organization to include Human Resources partners, business leaders, Compliance or COE partners (such as Legal, Security, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion). You will report to a Sr. Employee Relations Manager.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or six (6) years’ experience, combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Five (5) years’ HR Generalist level experience, or related field, in interpreting and applying policy and procedure.
- Three (3) years’ experience in workplace investigations.
Required skills:
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, experience writing investigation reports.
- Communicate effectively and remain calm under time-sensitive and in difficult situations.
- Demonstrated success in influencing employees at all levels of the organization using a consultative methodology.
- Outstanding organizational skills: including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Maintain confidentiality with critical information.
- Facilitation skills (in person/virtually).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Preferred experience:
- Substantial professional experience in Employee Relations, Investigations, and/or employment law.
- Certification in Human Resources
- Working with remote locations; including different time zones.
- Previous experience in Human Resources including performance management, org health, compliance, leave of absence, and accommodations.
- Experience using a case management system.
