We are currently seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Ed Morse team.
Responsibilities
Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads
Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
A strong team player with the ability to work independently
