ABOUT THE JOB

As a Louis Vuitton Client Experience Director, your role will play a pivotal role in elevating and maintaining the highest standards of client service and engagements. Responsible for developing strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance the client experience across all touchpoints, the Client Experience Director will work in partnership with Regional Retail Leadership and Corporate Client Relations to ensure the strategy and roadmap is supported through business objectives and elevated activations.

The Client Experience Director will possess a deep understanding of the luxury consumer behavior, a passion for service and a client centric mindset. This position is based in our NYC Flagship Store. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the Client Experience strategy and oversees operational execution with a keen focus on existing top clients & emerging HNW clients
  • In line with Corporate Client Relations strategy, will act as a facilitator to recruit new HNW client groups
  • In partnership with Corporate Client Relations, maintain 360 plan for all Store Events, ensuring they support the business objectives & resources while also ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for our Clients
  • Responsible to manage and follow-up any Client experience / event budget
  • Leverage VIP floor & Virtual showroom in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Client Centric & Excellence:

  • Oversee the management of VIP clients and develop bespoke services or events designed specifically for top-tier customers.
  • Partner with the Client Relations team in LVA Corporate ensuring LVA’s strategy supports the global Client Relations vision and objectives
  • Conduct post event analysis on all events in partnership with the Regional CR team while using this intelligence to optimize the ROI of each initiative while also levering the insights to further brand loyalty & desirability
  • Collaborate with LVA Client Relations and Client Development teams to carefully select and target appropriate clients for all events (Global, Zone, Regional, Local)
  • Leverage all available resources (internal and external) and tools to identify, target, recruit and retain relationships with new Clients

Self & Team Development:

  • Manage Team performance and support them in continuously improving and elevating their skills Ensure each team member understands their role in each event/experience and ensure responsibilities and activities are properly allocated
  • Set up mentorship schemes where team members can continuously learn from seasoned professionals about managing high-value relationships

PROFILE

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $175,000 – $200,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
