PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with the pivotal role of championing our brand identity and driving strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, differentiate us in the market, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of both scheduled and spontaneous marketing campaigns on-site, overseeing the day-to-day development of campaigns and collaborating closely with marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) and property operators.
  • Creative Activation Planning: Craft comprehensive marketing activation plans for property operators and maintain a dynamic calendar of events and campaigns.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work in tandem with central marketing teams to conceptualize and produce creative materials essential for on-site activation, ensuring timely delivery of assets as per the brief and conducting quality assessments of content.
  • Entertainment and Events Integration: Collaborate with Entertainment and Events departments to orchestrate on-site activations that seamlessly align with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Support and Documentation: Prepare essential materials for the Director to facilitate meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate stakeholders.
  • Content Management and Oversight: Conduct weekly audits of website and third-party content, consolidating necessary changes for review by the Director, while ensuring that all website content remains accurate and current.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or in a related field within the hospitality/gaming industry.

  • Proficiency in developing engaging brand narratives and visual identities that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in leading and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the organization to gain buy-in for brand initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and operations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
