Position Summary
The MarCom Associate I – Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications team in the execution of visual content across digital and print platforms. This entry-level role collaborates with account managers and senior creatives to deliver high-quality materials that align with brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with account managers and senior designers to develop effective digital and print design solutions.
- Assist with the creation and production of visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Support the creative team by managing revisions, resizing, and formatting across various platforms.
- Ensure all creative materials are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain organized project files and deliverables in accordance with internal workflows and project management systems.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to consistent brand execution across all visual content.
- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or agency work).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across print and digital formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Las Vegas, NV.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
