Enterprise Job Description:

Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions and MBB. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.

 

Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

5+ years of experience assessing, analyzing and designing processes
Working knowledge of Global Operations and/or workflow solutions
Experience with and strong knowledge of business process management methodology
Experience identifying use case requirements and writing user stories
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills; verbal and written with ability to facilitate discussions
Proficient in process analysis and target state design
Process map and journey development and design skills – intermediate Visio
Strong power point presentation skills; able to target messaging to different audiences
Good business judgement for risk/reward trade offs
Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results
Organized and able to effectively multi-task
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with partners and peers
Ability to leverage data to inform business decisions
Demonstrated sound judgment
